  4. Description:
  5.    This is another, though less thorough, example of the flexibility of
  6.    EPIC's hook system.  It does the following:
  7.  
  8.    * the nickname of the last MSG sender is stored in $STATUS_USER
  9.    * LIST, NAMES, and WHO output is more compact and less confusing
  10.    * the client will print a message every hour on the hour
  11.    * the NOTIFY command will show users' addresses for signons
  12.
